Nettle is one of four paintings inspired by a cottage and stables that have been left to nature.  I have been inspired to draw and collage before painting in acrylic on canvas.  The deep edge canvas has been set in a bespoke wooden frame that is finished in antique white chalk paint.  The overall dimensions are 34cm x 34cm and the depth of the frame is 5.5cm.
